Next to pool on downstairs rooms are noisy with kids
The room telephone not working

all the staff at front desk are useless dont help you there was just one girl what was very nice and helpfull hendreta very nice break luke warm same every day swimming pool small with one sunbed rubbish never stay again

Dear Mr/S MichaelThank you for taking your time to share your stay experience during your stay with Zuri Express Jimbaran Bali.Zuri Express Jimbaran Bali is three star hotel which located in the center of jimbaran. we also have some of facilities such as swimming pool and restaurant that you can use during your stay.Related your concern that all the staff at the front desk was useless that was truly unfair since all the staff as always as will assist you. however that was a misunderstand between you and the desk officer.after we investigate the case , we inform you that we cannot calculate the charge of taxi meter. but thank you for staying with us, we looking forward your next stay with us.

Das Hotel war gut. Der Pool war sauber und groß und sehr gut zu nutzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich. Klassisch asiatische Küche mit Reis und Nudeln.

Traveling alone.
Posted 1 Feb 2024 on HotelsVery friendly staff. Good and plentiful breakfast. Big room with a good bed. Big swimming pool. Good location on the main road near the airport, still quiet. The fridge in the room did not work.
