The room and bed were the perfect size for 2 people, the showers were perfect. Had an issue where our toilet wasn't connected to the button and they fixed it immediately. The pool was kept clean and had many spots to sit and lie around it. The breakfast was SUPERB. Both a continental style and cooked breakfasts. Café Jeri is right beside everything. All of the restaurants all of the shops, the beach, even the start of the trail for the Stone with a Hole. If you decide to come here by tour bus, i recommend Sim7, as they are affordable, timely, and offer guides and rides to both the eastern attractions and the western attractions. They can do both private guides and group guides, the group being cheaper. Overall, an amazing experience!

Hotel MARAVILHOSO! Virou meu hotel preferido em Jeri,( vou todos os anos há 4 anos )Simplesmente TODOS os funcionários são extremante simpáticos, destaque p Juliano do bar do rooftop. Café da manhã maravilhoso, muita fartura, tudo muito gostoso, destaque p os crepes doces e ovos com bacon, feitos na hora. Pode comer a vontade, repetir, ficar horas lá comendo. Os garçons muitos solícitos e simpáticos. Roupas de cama macias 100% algodao, edredon delicioso, ar condicionado potente, me senti em casa. Amenities loccitane brasil, com shampoo e condicionador de litrão. A balada no rooftop com acesso livre p hospedes foi destaque. Fiquei nas suites do fundo, o som nao incomodou , encerrou às 22h em ponto. Boa localização.Voltarei sempre!!!

Ótimo custo-benefício e localização.
O hotel tem uma excelente localização e custo-benefício. Os funcionários são muito receptivos e educados. Não recomendo ficar nos quartos no piso térreo. Não bate sol e cheira mofo. O meu quarto ainda tinha um duto de ar condicionado que ficava pingando no jardim da sacada e não dava para aproveitar a rede do lado de fora. Optem pelo piso superior. A limpeza teve uma atitude que achei deplorável. A toalha que deixei no chão do quarto para ser trocada foi enrolada e colocada na cama como se fosse uma toalha nova e limpa. Isso é inaceitável. Mas no geral é um hotel muito gostoso de se hospedar e é da mesma rede do hurricane hotel. É possível aproveitar a piscina de ambos, pois um hotel fica em frente ao outro. As comidas do bar e café da manhã são maravilhosos.
