Hotel was ok

Great service and food. Although a bit expensive but definitely recommend it. Rooms are big and clean with all the things you will get from hotels and more.

Comfort and superb b-fast near airport

Pros: The complimentary breakfast quality went far beyond what is common in the USA.
Cons: The free airport shuttle had too limited hours of operation, and coordinating it from overseas was not easy. Metered taxi service (85 yuan) required.
Location: 2k walking park with child's play area connecting to hotel. Bus stop next to hotel -- no English signage.
Hotel staff multilingual, friendly and helpful. Front desk personnel intuitive. Manager "Brian" especially helpful in communicating and coordinating for me during my stay!

Posted 17 Mar 2018 on Hotelsビジネス1泊のみだが、夜遅くのチェックインの際にフロントに数名の客がいたが、コンシェルジュらしき人含めてスタッフが機敏に対応してくれてよかった。ホテル自体は比較的新しく（できて3年程度？）なので清潔感は保たれている。空港からは高速やバイパス道路使い、その降り口すぐに、あるため30分弱で着けてアクセスもいい。朝食は期待したほどではなく、もうひとつレベルを上げてほしい気がしたが、価格がリーズナブルであり全体的に良かった。周囲はあまり見れていないが少し繁華街からは離れていると感じられた。

Posted 17 Jul 2017 on Hotels2回目の利用ですが、シャワーのホースの根本からお湯が漏れだしておりシャワーがまともに使えない。ルームサービスを利用したが、頼んだメニューが今日はできないからと言う理由で何の断りも無く違うメニューが来た。ビールを2本頼んだが1本は冷えていたが、1本は何処に置いてあったのか暖かい状態でもってきた。部屋に置いてあるお茶のティーバックの外袋がくしゃくしゃでも平気で置いてある。設備は良いが、サービス最悪。
