Posted 27 Apr 2024 on HotelsWow I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Sara was so helpful and everyone was so wonderful. Great location and very clean! Room was modern and simple. Loved this huge built in closet. Breakfast and coffee machine were amazing and all of breakfast stuff were all nice. High recommended! I will come back to this hotel everytime! No doubt

Our flights back home were cancelled and all staff were very helpfull to help us get sorted.

Beautiful hotel and homely feeling
Posted 24 Sep 2019 on HotelsExcellent location for what it was one of our best stay. Everybody we came across was extremely accommodating and looked after us as members of family. The private parking was well managed, we also got a lift to the bus station, which was surely a nice touch. Cleanliness was up to very good standards. Breakfast one of the best we had. All in all a pleasant stay, we will be sure of reccomending the hotel to our friends.

Terrible attitude

Could be great, if the staff had less attitude.
On check-in, I was told to change rooms for the 2nd night. That's fine, but the next day, I got a call that they need it NOW. I was busy and asked them to move me 1 hour later. They called every 15-20 minutes to chase me up. I can't be expected to drop everything at their beck and call.
In the morning, I saw that the breakfast room was all set set up and all food was out when I popped outside. So on the way back, I thought I might as well get breakfast then. Girl storms up, puts her hand in my face and snaps "It's closed!!!", guy behind reception shouts "You must stick to schedule!". So I look at my watch ... I was 3 minutes early. Treated like a criminal for 3 minutes!
Tried to get dinnerm girl told me there's no table inside, but I could sit outside. After 35 minutes I still didn't even get a drink, so gave up.
Sitting on the balcony with my laptop, I suddenly get a bucket of water thrown at me. Thankfully no lasting damage to my laptop, but this delayed check-out by an hour, as I had to rescue my laptop and shower again. It was still dripping from the balcony above after I cleaned up, so idk if the cleaner just throws the water over the edge? There was no warning.
Check-out took 15 minutes without Q. After I handed over money for the tourist tax, staff sniggered to each other, saying "expedia" & rolling their eyes, then served 3 other customers before giving me my change.
