3泊する予定だったが戦争が始まってしまったためステイできなかった。non-refundableだったので返金しないというのは理解できるが、エルサレムという場所的に当時は全くロケット弾の影響もなかったのだから戦争という稀にしか起こらない自体に対し少し交渉できれば嬉しかった。
戦争による設備の被害、人的被害がないことを切に願います。

Great location not far from old Jerusalem and restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable and clean. I won’t rate the breakfast because we got there close to the end of breakfast and it was cold. The staff wasn’t the friendliest but we were there to sleep and shower in between touring the city. I would only stay again for the location.

Small but clean, friendly and great location

The room was tiny - almost all filled with the bed. However there is no reason to stay in the room, the are nice indoor and outdoor lounge areas and the location in the heart of downtown in excellent.
The staff was friendly and helpful and a nice breakfast spread (although not as grand as in hotels).
would definitely stay again

Charged Twice for the Same Booking
