A Hotel with a View
Posted 22 Jun 2023 on HotelsThis hotel is in a beautiful location in the hills slightly to the West of Jerusalem with wonderful views. The room was quite basic but provided everything that was necessary. Plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower and the bathroom was equipped with toiletries. The staff were excellent and helpful in the extreme.

Breakfast with a very limited selection in a very cramped lobby. I have been to this hotel many times, but always had breakfast in the dining room.

Surprise package
Posted 15 Jul 2022 on HotelsDid not expect very much, given that the room cost was a fraction of the hotel next door where we had wanted to stay but which had no vacant rooms.
We took a standard room (there are better rooms) which was spacious, clean, air-conditioned (controls a little dated but very effective), with en-suite shower and WC,
Facilities - it is run as pert hostel, part hotel and does not have a glamorous reception are.Some food is available (kosher but not superised), and there is a reception drink for new arrivals at 6.30 pm.
More elaborate meals can be arranged at the Yearim Hotel next door, and guests can on request use the Yearim swimming pool,
So there are many plusses, I would givethe hotel a good 3-star rating at a very reasonable price.
