I was staying there on the day when the most recent conflict started, and I was anxious about canceling my stay and catching the train home while they were still running. The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day."

"This is a very nice hotel. Probably the cleanest and the friendliest and the prettiest of the many hotels we've stayed at this trip in Israel. The balcony in our room was large and generous, and I could see the Temple Mount complex from it. This is Jerusalem, joe. The level of dress and composure is far more respectful then you might find in tel Aviv. One thing I wish I'd known about this hotel was that it does seem to cater to a religious crowd. There is a synagogue in the hotel itself, and very large synagogue just down the block. On my next trip to Jerusalem I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's in walking distance to essentially all the old traditional sites in the city."
