There were roaches in my room as well we stayed 4 days and never had housekeeping. We had to go down and get our own toilet paper. We had to go down and get our own clean towels and we had to take our own trash out.

Disgraceful.
Posted 27 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis “Hotel” is dreadful! I was told check in was 3pm, I arrived at 3:30pm and was kept waiting to check in for nearly an hour. When I got to my room it was a disgrace. The floor (plastic wood effect) had holes in it one of which I stepped in during the night walking to the bathroom and ripped my big toe nail.
The toilet was filthy, the furniture all tatty and outdated and the room was very dirty, they clean where they can see only.
The toilet roll holder was broken (no spool) didn’t matter though as there wasn’t even any toilet paper in the bathroom and I searched everywhere.
The bath tub had not been cleaned and it was very tatty as per the rest of the room.
The bed linen was covered in stains and spots I didn’t even get undressed to sleep I left my clothes on.
I tried to address these issues with the front desk and basically was told if you’re not happy go somewhere else. Very rude people indeed. They were Indian or Pakistani very very poor English and they hid behind “I don’t understand”. DO NOT STAY HERE! you’re better off sleeping in your car or truck.

I liked the place but the ppl upstairs were so loud noises l could not sleep. The 5 days l was there l asked for another room...

This property was very dirty, smelled, and the bed was broken!
The staff was rude and told me to deal with it.
Aftet i requested a refund they lied and said they refunded the money but to this day they never gave me back my money. Straight scammers!!!!!
