"It took an extremely long time to check in, because of a total reliance on computers. It took 45 minutes to find the place because we were looking for the name you gave us. Which doesn't exist. NEVER AGAIN! Additionaly There is no cozy suites at hardrock. That had us walking around with our luggage for 45 minutes until we could figure it out. You guys will never get back to your "glory days" with service like what you presently provide. I won't be back! "

"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"Property was great! But if you bring a dog and it barks, the other people in apartment complain. I didn't complain when people are loud, running in hallway and kids jumping and screaming. I am on vacation i expect it to be loud! "

"This property was very clean. If you want to relax and unwind, this is the property to stay at. The owner was very accommodating. The environment is very safe. The local restaurants are amazingly good. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. Overall, this property served its purpose. The beds are super comfy. Its only 11 min away from the casinos & boardwalk. I love it!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how much space was in the condo. The bathrooms were plentiful and spacious. Offered plenty of linens. Location was great with the proximity to the center of everything. The kids lived the arcade and racing. I thought it would not be a good stay reading the reviews, but it was perfect for us. "

"Extra pillows and linens were only given the next day of our stay. These things should aready be there when the quests arrives. Pets were even allowed to stay when I was told they're not. "

"I liked how big the rooms were. Also that there were 3 bathrooms. Dislike Internet was horrible. I was unable to connect to my laptop for work. The TV kept looping because it could not connect to the Internet. A stronger Internet signal is definitely needed for this condo. The beds were very low to the ground. The chairs in the dining room were very short. We did not have an ocean front as advertised it was an ocean side. The only view was contruction and a hotel named Oceans not the...
