I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to all the shopping and tons of restaurants. The housekeeper that we met was very friendly and did everything to make sure that we had everything we needed, even though we had to do not disturb Sign on our door each day she was phenomenal, the gentleman who helped us with our bags from the car to our room, extremely helpful and friendly. The person that was there in at the desk that checked us in was the negative factor and the entire day was very flat dry and not very enthusiastic, nor did she smile the entire time she seemed as though we were bothering her , that would be the biggest thing I would change. Also wasn’t at the hotel. It was quite a renovation very desperately needed for that hotel.

“I had the best experience at the Westin Jersey City! My daughter wanted to be as close to NYC as possible, and this hotel was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a quick hop over to the city, but with the peace and quiet we needed to unwind. The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the skyline, which my daughter absolutely loved. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The location is fantastic—just a quick hop over to the city, but with the peace and quiet we needed to unwind. The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the skyline, which my daughter absolutely loved. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
