They had no record of my reservation or name, maybe because check-in opened at 11 and we didn’t arrive til about 930. Seems like they don’t have a conputer system. Luckily I had the reservation so I could prove we paid.
Maybe that’s why our room was terrible. Really old, smoky- smelling. There were stains on the shower wall. The bathroom in particular was gross. The room had super old funrniture and gross old carpet. The pillows were old and lumpy.

It’s an older hotel and you could smell the stinch of smoke in the room. Staff was very polite but wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was not ready, and they did no provided a room at all, then I spend an hour looking for another room and end up paying double of what I expecte.

No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Beds uncomfortable. Would have preferred a Queen bed instead of two double beds. Room was clean but tub is worn out and bathroom door was hard to close/open.

It’s the worst hotel I have ever been to, the check in time is at 11, but they did not let me in until 12:30 pm.

Sorry, Check out time is 11am.We need time to clean the rooms. Check in time for most hotels is 3-4pm.
