Bathroom door lock didn't work. We had to be aware and alert when someone is using the bathroom.

It was nasty and disgusting it should not have been $180 for the night. This kinda hotel should be $60 for the night. They made more than they should. Never again.

I think it was great and convenient considering the price! The staff was helpful. You can take the bus that takes you to Time Square two blocks from the hotel and they provide shuttle.

We didn’t have any problems staying here this last week- staff was great, breakfast simple but food for belly’s, For a place to stay it worked just fine. Even the noise level wasn’t an issue. It’s an old hotel so there’s wear and tear- by you can tell they’ve upgraded the furnishing where they could. Beds were clean and soft and housekeeping ladies were always asking if we needed something as we headed out the door. If we were looking to stay in the area I would totally stay here again. ✔️ Side note- The only negative was the transportation into the city. You have to walk up the back of property to 2-3 blocks up hill to a 3rd party shuttle that leaves on their own time when seats are filled. It’s $4 pp to ride into the city to get dropped off at bus terminal. Then it’s $4 pp to be picked up at bus terminal to come back. So $ adds up for a family to come in and out everyday for a week vacation. It was almost $270 plus tip each way for a shuttle to get from JFK airport and back, and $60 each time for a uber into the city plus tip. At 3rd party shuttle drop off you get dropped off at Exxon gas station or 32nd street and have 4-6 block walk going over off ramp streets to get back to the hotel. At night with younger kids being out all day it’s a trek. I know this is nothing on hotel- if I was staying in the area I’d totally stay here again. Just a heads up when thinking of hotel costs- consider the $ amount of transportation into the city too. It added up WAY fast for us.

It is near the bus stop, however be mindful of the time, the bus is never on time.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The room was thoroughly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shuttle to NYC was super convenient. I would highly recommend booking a room here.
