She cancelled on me at 23.55am I’ve already told her I will be arriving late. Thanks to Expedia for sorting out the accommodation for me at the very last minute.

Dear,
As you have made an anonymous comment, and it does not mean your name we cannot help you. We have never canceled a reservation at 23.55 since our reception closes at 21.00. We always wait for our guests if they notify us that it is going to be late. We don't have any special requests from Expedia for Late check in in our records.
