There was no airconditoning at all during our stay. We called the front desk and all they kept saying was "there is only heating". The temperature was in the 70s during our stay and the room got hot and smelly. There were 2 TVs in our suite and neither of them worked.

It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner.

Foreigner friendly hotel. Rooms, lobby, and amenities are clean. Walking distance to shops etc

Nice stay. Clean and modern hotel in a nice area. I was over visiting family and know the area well so would recommend for visitors.
