4 star hotel feels like 3 star.

This hotel is old and starts to run down. Hotel smells like cigarette smoke. Breakfast is bad. The food doesn't have taste. The room is not clean. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is 3 star to me.

We do apologize for all the things you have experienced. Starting from the hotel smell, the breakfast, the food until unclean room you have found. We will fix it one by one. Actually we are doing a rejuvenation to the hotel, starting from renovating the room, repainting the corridor and every single thing at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional,and made me feel at home The breakfast selection caters for all tastes. The hotel is doing it's part to save the environment by not using plastic water bottles.
