Was highly disappointed both in Expedia for not knowing and/or sharing the fact that property was under construction. Also getting into an elevator that appeared to be held together by duct tape is rather disconcerting. Having to get ice at the front desk because non of the floor machines worked was inconvenient. Water in shower took forever to get even warm. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pretty good.

Very nice hôtel , close to the beach. Only thing to notice, part of the hôtel was underwork for room rénovation. Starting at 8 am is a bit annoying for guest...

The hotel overall was good. No problem other than both the shower and sink not draining well. I will also say that I have never seen the amount of dogs at a hotel total as I did over the weekend here. They were loud and they were everywhere. It says pet friendly despite signs around the hotel saying no dogs allowed. A little confusing. We were awoken to the sound of a puppy crying multiple times and the dogs would go crazy when another dog would walk by. It was a large hotel so I would recommend reserving an area for those of us who leave our pets at home.

No words. I booked this property because the pictures were very nice and clean and there was nothing available due to hurricane Milton. They pulled an ole switch a roo! I will never will go back. I got bed bugged attacked so bad my legs and arms are seeping. I have had a headache for days. I tried calling the property to inform them of the infestation. No call backs yet. Dont let me show you the condition of the room! Appalling. No rooms at all anywhere that night. Front desk acted like I was bothering them. Not welcoming at all! The room smelled so bad and one worker said the room smells that way due to the ocean! Did she really expect me to believe that! They did a room transfer the next day. Completely freaked out and the smell and the condition of the room was herendous. It smelled like mildew; black mold. That was night one. Second night in a new room. Not much better. Slept in my clothes both nights. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Everything was just overall nasty. Will be contacting my lawyer. I never experienced anything like this. I hated that fact we had to leave our dwelling in the first place. Already stressed out because of the hurricane. All I wanted is to book a clean hotel with comfortable bedding. Is that too much to ask for!? Instead Im covered in bites and am very miserable. I have pictures. Dont stay here!
