Take note on the valet service, as it's only for small compact cars. Parking is available at the front porch but it's first come first serve basis. What became annoying was when they reserve it for special guests when lots are already limited.

I'm from Taiwan. I stay in Jeju for a week. On my first day, I left my bag in the taxi then the reception girl was so friendly and patient, she tried to contact the driver many times; eventually I got my bag back, thank you 😊 I felt grateful and had the best experience when I live there.

Location was cool for the city walking distance to many eateries and bars. The customer service at the hotel bar was excellent.
