Nice and Basic
Posted 25 Mar 2018So for the price, you get a very, very clean room, 2 beds, toiletries, heated bed (this is awesome btw), TV, and a refrigerator - for $22?? My mom charged me more for rent in college! :)

Me and my friend stayed at the guesthouse for 5 nights and we really enjoyed it there. The room is nice and clean. I like everything about it, I like the refrigerator and the toilet (which is quite big. Almost the same size as the room). The only downside is that theres no elevator but the owner did help us carry our big heavy luggage up to our room in second floor. But if you're staying anywhere above then it'll be hard. The guesthouse is only 4 minutes away from the subway and bus stations.

Pros: Cleaness
Cons: Lobby on the 1st floor (even thou small section of the 7-11 store). Welcoming professionally.
Location: Hanlim Port, Beaches
With help of navigation on rental car, we have not any trouble to find the place but had little confusion because it was hard to see the sign of the hotel. Hotel doesn't have lobby but 7-11 convenient store on 1st floor which they use as lobby. When we went to 7-11 store, two grandmas (they were very kind but unprofessional) welcoming us and show us where to park. There is parking garage for appx. 4 cars beside the store but it is very steep and dark even thou there are lights which on/off by moving sensor. It was very hard to park the car in the such small garage. We saw later that if you walk like 1 or 2 blocks, there is public free parking lots. Room was clean and bed sheets are very clean and white but very little space. TV is kind of old version and small with bad picture.
Overall we were okay with the price we paid for 1 night. They provided 2 bottles of water, small sizes of towels. There was no shampoo in our room but two bottles of conditioner and 1 bottle of body washer so we used our own shampoo. When we check-in, no one was told us 7-11 store will close at 24:00. If you went out and come back after 24:00, you have to use code to open the door. For in case, make sure before you go out take a picture of the code and instructions or took note to use side door after store hour.

Hidden Gem in Hallim.

We came to the accommodation at night, so the exterior looked so sketchy and the underground parking was handy. It felt a little odd to enter through the convenience store at night, but the lady working there was very kind and helpful. The walls were a bit thin as I could hear fellow neighbors on watching TV, but everything else was good. DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE DETER YOU. The inside is quite nice and private. Even though the outside of the building looks not so good, this place is really a hidden gem. It was so nice to have a convenience store just below us.

숙소 바로 앞이 버스정류장이라 가까워서 편했습니다. 숙소는 이름만 호텔이고 그냥 모텔이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 불편한건 없었고 이용하는데는 전반적으로 쏘쏘였습니다. 아침에는 아메리카노를 무료로 주시니 그건 좋았습니다. 그리고 호텔스닷컴에서 예약하신 분들은 사장님께서 인원추가 받으시려고 하면 추가해서 예약했다고 정확하게 말씀드리세요. 호텔마다 약관이달라서 사장님께서 헷갈려하시더라구요. 어쨌든 하루 잘 묵고 갑니다~
