Posted 10 Apr 2024 on HotelsHouse cleaning did not provide indivisual packed bar of soap after cleaning. Asked front desk then gentleman answered that they do not have the invontories left. I have him a kind of funny look then he later gave me a bar of soap. That wes terrible though.

More like a guest house than a hotel. Close to no English. Not that close to city center, have to take a bus with frequency close to once an hour to tungmun. I book a 4 persons twin bed deluxe room but forgot to add my child upon booking so I was punished by paying extra won 11000. I complained but was told that is it and I could not change room due to payment nonrefundable. In the small lobby, there is no place for you to take a rest unless you go to the small restaurant.

A good stay
Posted 26 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe hotel staffs can communicate well in English. The breakfast is simple western style breakfast. We stay in the seaview room which have a beautiful sunset view of the harbour and sea.

Parking was a problem. Not much there. Had to park in front of a car and give my keys to rental car to reception in case they had to move.
Told them am leaving at 6 am in morning. Arrived at 8 pm.
When ready to leave then car was moved and blocked by other car. Caused delay.
When got to airport car rental return during inspectionfound car was wide scratched with car paint on left side. Dissapointed. Very bad service!
Other than that hotel was ok.

As you mentioned we don't have enough space for parking so we do provide free ballet parking service.
I'm very sorry to hear that you had to go through those troubles. We always get the keys and we remove the car when it blocks the other cars so I will definitely inspect what happened that day and I promise it never happens again. Regarding the scratch on your rental car, I can easily imagine how stressful it was for you.. I'm so sorry for this. Whenever something wrong goes with the car that we park for the guest, we take our responsibility for it surely. If you had to pay the cost for this, please let us know and we will deal with it.
