Broken main bed
Posted 1 May 2018 on HotelsThe main room bed slats were broken, on investigation make shift slats where put in between the broken slats. This resulted in us rolling towards the centre. For that type of money I expected a comfortable nights sleep. Not impressed at all.

Thank you so much for the review, we always value our guests' feedback. As we said in a previous mail directly to yourself, you should have reported it immediately, not after 4 nights upon check-out. We did inspection of the bed and found nothing broken at all. All that happened was that the middle support had shifted, probably during cleaning, and just needed to be re-adjusted. An easy 2-minute job that could have been remedied, if you would have just reported it after your first night. There was another room in the house for you to sleep in, so why not sleep on that bed while we fix the other one? The answer is because you had 2 extra persons staying in there, which we only saw upon check-out. All discomfort and inconvenience could have been avoided had there been open and honest communication. Apologies for the inconvenience suffered.
