This place needs to be shutdown. If I wasn’t in town for a funeral there’s no way I would be here. No where in the area had availability and the only place was here. They charge $80 for a cigarette smelling, cigarette holes, sunken mattress, no iron, no blow dryer, and not even a properly cleaned room. If you book here you will regret it.

Ms. Geneva, sorry to hear that we weren't able to meet your expectations. Due to hurricane in the area we were booked to the brim every day for 2.5 weeks. I'm sorry that we weren't able to provide a non smoking room for you. We only had handful of rooms available to sell each day. We hope that you will give us another chance to change your opinion of our place. We are about to start undergoing major renovations that will include new beddings as well.

All the staff was very helpful and kind. Any of the staff members would “walk an extra mile” for you to be comfortable! Highly recommend, look for Samir when you go there

The small young lady at check-in wanted to unload my truck. I thanked her but said, "You shouldn't do that." I am 75 years old and have kidney problems. I appreciated her offer but would never have forgiven myself if someone was hurt by me. All the staff was great; even the day-shift dog.

Rooms just need a reallly really thorough deep cleaning. Staff was nice. We booked a king bed room but they gave us 2 queens but I didn’t complain cause we ended up on the first floor. They had enough to worry about with the hurricane that had happened a day prior.

Our internet and cc machines were out due to the hurricane so we couldn’t get you in the room you initially wanted, we only had doubles available on the first floor. We are grateful that we were able to host hurricane victims like yourself and many others who fled from the nearby area and stayed with us to ride out the storm. We’re recently under a new management and under going renovations very soon, it’s a work in progress, thanks for the feedback, we’ll definitely share it with our housekeepers. Hope you and your loved ones are safe!

No frills motel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room lacked normal amenities. There was no coffee maker, only two pillows per bed, only two towels, a little dust on lamps, no plug in the sink, stains on the ceiling, poor tv reception, and it stunk of smoke just outside our front door. We had the main level room right next to the ice room. Four of us stayed in the room.

The tub eas dirty. Someone had been smoking in a non-smoking room.

Mr. Dexter, sincere apologies for your bad experience. We're under a new management now and soon will be getting new bedding, carpet and much more! We've already designated smoking rooms in "smoking only" section and from now on all the other rooms will have their own separate bedding and as I said we'll be revamping all the rooms so hopefully next time you're in the area please come check us out! Worst experience ever!!!!!

There’s a sign that states no refund for a reason. As soon as I opened my room door. I saw roaches, cats and can smell the cat urine was so strong. I didn’t bother to go in the room and went to ask for a refund. The front desk staff was nice but the hotel is definitely not even worth the amount. It’s more of a $20.00 a night hotel. I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel I ever experienced for that rate. I end up going to Macon GA to get a room and since I didn’t get a refund back as I see it as donating to those in need for the amount of 2 nights $145.00. It’s better to give then receive! Go find a hotel in Macon or Robins area as it will be worth it.
