Passing through. Was a little out of our way but staff was very helpful and friendly

We checked in and asked for room service while there. The room was also humid and hot on check-in. The thermostat read 60 degrees but the temperature was actually around 70-75 degrees. This was after 30 days without ran in Ohio so there was no reason for the room to be humid. We talked to the front desk they said they'd have maintenance look at it. 3 days later the room was still hot and humid. Stacked on with the motion sensor on the thermostat it would be become even hotter making it difficult to sleep. We left 3 days into our 6 day stay. Not once did room service come clean our room. Not even just emptying the trash.
Room was clean on check-in and unless you had the fan on you can hear the highway.

The hotel is nice and it's OK for a late night overnight, but there is NOTHING surrounding the place. Also the parking lot is very small, so if you're towing something, good luck. I parked in the closed restaurant next door, thankfully I had a view of it. Pretty sketchy area. But the hotel itself seems brand new - very nice; clean.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast selections were typical for a hotel but appreciated.

All was fine. The breakfast was out later than I expected which was nice since I was running late...not bad options. dreary interiors and bad tv reception.
