They had no Continental Breakfast, House Keeping overlooked our room, and our room keys quit working a day early.

only redeeming thing about this hotel was the lobby. We had a terrible experience and ended up leaving and going elsewhere. First room - elevator out of order near our room so had to walk the entire perimeter of the hotel and then our room key didn't work and had to walk back down. Key worked that time BUT there was no air conditioning in the room, no towels and mini frig work. called desk - no one came up. Went all the way back to lobby. They said they would just move us to another room. Walked AGAIN the entire perimeter and the keys did not work - back to lobby waited in a 10 deep line for over 30 minutes back up and keys STILL DIDN'T WORK. By that time - we were done! Went back to lobby and said we were leaving and they said we would be NOT be charged for the room. It seemed that everyone in line was dealing with similar issues. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE ATTRACTIVE LOBBY~~ DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We had to switch rooms 3 times. First room the AC didnt work and there was someone elses "number 2" still in the toliet. Not to meantion all the crumbs all over the desk. Second room tue ac didnt work, it was 91 degrees in the room. Finally got to a room where the ac kinda worked, at this point we were too tired to keep playing the switching room game.

I arrived at the hotel and waited more than 30 minutes to reach the front desk despite having already checked in online. When I got there, the girl at the front desk with a pink streak in her hair gave me the keys to a room on the 5th floor, room 520 if I'm not mistaken. I went up to the room and upon opening the door, I saw that there were suitcases and many personal items on the bed. Evidently, she gave me a room that already had guests who, fortunately, were not there at the time, otherwise, it would have been very uncomfortable to open the door to strangers. I went down to complain and they gave me another key for a different room, number 870. We went up again, but when we tried to open the door, the lock showed a yellow light and wouldn't open. I went down again to the front desk with all my luggage and quite annoyed by then. The same girl told me she had fixed it and that I should go up to the room, and if it didn't work, to call her by phone. I went up and again the key didn't work. I called her by phone and she said she would be up in a few minutes to help me. More than 10 minutes passed and she didn't come, so I called again, and she told me she was alone at the front desk and couldn't come up until her colleague returned. I went down again and she gave me a new key for another different room. I asked her to come up with me. She never apologized for all the time she made me lose. Long lines upon arrival not enough staff the accomadate large group of people arriving at same time rooms not ready had to change rooms three times
