Beautiful boutique 5* experience - a beautiful hotel. Amazing outdoor rooftop pool which allows time for ladies and children, and we were able to swim as a family also. Great little gym. Surrounded by lots of cafes and eateries which are all lovely.

Horrendous Experience - Stay Away from This Hotel
Posted 24 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe had an extremely bad experience at this hotel with my family and baby. This place is a disaster in every aspect. The hotel has only one employee, Andres, who works 24 hours at the reception. He was not only unhelpful but also blatantly rude and unprofessional. He refused to provide any assistance, making our stay a nightmare from start to finish.
The room was shockingly small and the entire hotel is a relic from the past, filled with outdated and worn-out furniture. The quality of service was absolutely abysmal, far below any acceptable standard. This hotel should be reclassified as a 3-star establishment, if that.
I strongly advise against anyone staying here. It was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

As we are located in Saudi Arabia, it is highly unlikely to have a staff member with that name, as you rightly pointed out.
