It’s an older hotel. The location and services are good. However it’s not your modern hotel stay.

Great view from the room, Bed, pillows and sheets are the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly

The Staff were fantastic - Chef Raymond and the Restaurant team were very welcoming, and the food was excellent.
The rooms were very comfortable, stylish and a real "home away from home"

Excellent hotel, easily one of the best I’ve stayed at. Moustafa was our concierge and he was phenomenal. Great staff overall, breakfast is excellent and room was everything we expected and then some. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jeddah.
