Disaster !!! DO NOT STEP THERE

My stay at Renz Inn Hotel Jeddah was an absolute nightmare. The level of cleanliness was appalling: the room walls were dirty, the pillows had a foul odor, the doors were rusted, and the shower barely worked due to poor water circulation. The customer service was catastrophic; my electronic card had no room indications, it took an hour to get towels that should have been provided initially, the staff showed no respect for residents, and calls for assistance went unanswered. The facility itself was dangerous, with exposed wires in the lift, a gym and health center that were advertised as functional but were actually closed, pervasive humidity, and a dark, unsafe parking area. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced, and I strongly advise against anyone staying there. The authorities should shut down this facility immediately.

I had to wait longer than 30 minutes at the front desk waiting for them to find my booking and finally the guy who seems very unprofessional told me that my booked room is unavailable and replaced it with another without any try to smile, apologize or admitting doing a mistake.

False advertising

This hotel did not offer the amenities it advertises on the website. It says there's an airport transfer, and it isn't. Only one staff member was polite. They didn't even take out the ashtray for the non-smoking room and they just tried to cover up the smell with incense. I would not recommend this hotel. It didn't offer what it says on the website.
