I liked the breakfast and the hotel is not providing vlaue for the money. The hotel is not easy to access and seems old and need renovations

Okay experience

Hotel itself needs renovation, rooms are spacious but worn-out, quality of building deteriorated. Reception and check-in experience was great, yet overall experience is below average. Staff needs real up-skilling especially in Restaurant, one waiter doesn't know what 'maple syrup' is, staff put more time chatting together,...etc.
Concierge service needs to be upgraded.
