the corridor carpets were old and dirty. shower area had no cover, only one towel in the bathroom. cleanliness was below expectations and room services was non existent

Room was dirty, no towel for me and my mother. Also rent was included breakfast. But my family had to pay again. Very terrible no one should consider to stay. Very rude staff, unprofessional
