Traveled with family and small children
Very tight car parking spaces, even for a compact mini. Booked stay through Expedia which clearly stated that breakfast was included. Hotel refused to honor this, and didn't really apologise even after I showed them their hotel advertised on Expedia website stating that breakfast included in the booking. Hotel said they would get back to me after my stay to explain further but never did. Just be mindful of what you're booking and what to expect.

Great Apartment Hotel in AlSalamah district!
Diwan Residence was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the only recommendation would be to vary the daily selections of hot entrees. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable.

الفندق نظيف والغرف واسعه وانصح بالاقامه فيه والسلبية المراتب مفصوله في السرير المزدوج وعدم التنسيق بين الموقع والفندق فالحجز عند تسجيل الدخول وعدم شمول الافطار فالفندق علماً بان الحجز شامل الافطار وبالاستفسار من الموقع افادنا بوحود غلط وسيتم التعويض بقيمه الافطار امل التنسيق المسبق بين الفندق والموقع لعدم احراج النزلاء
