"My second stay at this hotel and was again a lovely experience. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are well equipped, everything is nice and clean, and there are plenty of places nearby for food etc, and its a 30 minute walk into the centre of Marrakech."

"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was beautiful, very clean. The bedrooms were bright, clean, beautiful decor and comfortable. . The bathroom was spacious with a brilliant shower. Breakfast was delicious! Our evening set meal was delicious. Most important, every member of staff was wonderful, very friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was one of the best group of staff I’ve ever encountered on a holiday. Thank you & I will have no hesitation in staying here again! "

"A beautiful property once you step inside. This hotel only has 6 rooms and ours was decorated like a palace. The staff was really helpful and all spoke multiple languages. The rooftop pool was always quiet and clean and very relaxing. The street around the hotel was very loud, and very dirty, so we were grateful for the Oasis this hotel provided. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food variety was amazing and everything was delicious! There was a family friendly environment in the hotel, where we all felt safe. We will definetly be staying again on our next visit!"

"The reception people were excellent to deal with.Very polite. We had issues with one gentleman the morning we were leaving the hotel for the airport, as we came off the elevator the porter I assume started to grab our suitcases without us knowing who he was. We proceeded to the waiting taxi and he wanted a tip from us even though we did not need his assistance. Once we were in the taxi he argued with the taxi driver because he wanted a tip from the driver. This type of behaviour should be addressed to the person. It ruined our otherwise good experience at the hotel."
