"We needed to stay a night while traveling to visit family for the holidays and found this hotel at a reasonable price and with a 9.8 score. That sounded almost too good to be true, but it actually lived up to the hype! The entire property felt modern and well-maintained, with little things like room-specific wifi access, contactless room keys etc. The breakfast was great, the ham/pork roll in particular was delicious. The beds were very nice, I think these pillows are the closest to actually decent pillows I have had at a hotel in years. Do note that the beds are very tall, so smaller kids may have trouble climbing up (or falling off). The AC unit was newer and had heat and cool options. We were only there overnight so we did not try the gym or pool. If I was to nitpick at anything, it’s the general state of sound insulation. It is quiet around the hotel since it sits apart from any major thoroughfares or businesses, but you can clearly hear anything going on outside yout window (car engines idling in the parking lot, conversations etc.) and I believe whoever had the room above ours was moving the furniture around for a solid half hour with all the loud bumps. But it wasn’t really a problem, just mildly annoying to us since we wanted to sleep early after driving all day. If we ever find ourselves needing a hotel in the Joline area again, we will absolutely come back here!"
