There was a very loud booking in the room above us, mind you it was at 11:00pm, when calling the front desk to ask if they could ask the loud occupants to settle down, I was told “ma’am, it is Friday night”. I had a 15 year old here for a softball tournament who needed sleep, they didn’t seem to care. The room was decently clean but was saturated with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Will never stay at a Microtel again bc of this experience. I am usually pretty understanding and don’t complain but if you want to party go to a bar, not a hotel where people need sleep. The front desk manager didn’t seem to care.

I cancelled this reservation within minutes of making the reservation. I spoke with a representative by the name of "Daisy". I was assured that I would not charged. That is not true, I was charged full price. This very bad business.

The walls in one room were paper thin. When I requested to be moved, I was then given a room already occupied with someone else: they kept insisting no one should be in the room. That was a safety hazard. I was not provided any comp room for the mix up and they had roaches. They had cooked food in ziplock bags for breakfast and ants all over the counter in the dining area.

The guy who checked us in was okay, but got the feeling he was doing complex Chinese algebra it took so long. Ugly box of a room. Yellow wals and ceiling resembling curdled milk. Wobbly chair ducttaped together on the bottom, and toulet paper holder fell off because it was broken. Felt like a hospital room because of the ancient light fixture. TV was blurry with very limited channels. Dirty and run down. What a way to spend $200.

This property is not maintained on the inside. Needs fresh paint, not at all what u expected from a Wyndham property or Expedia.

Pros: Staff was kind. Complimentary breakfast. Cons: MOLD! As soon as I walked in my room I was overcome with the smell of mold. You could see visible mold spots on the walls/ceiling as well as where it looks like they tried to clean & cover it up. The bedding also felt damp. Exit door was propped open with a piece of wood. The doors to outside also never latched close as if they were broken and remained open at all times. The lock on the room door didn’t work either. Just doesn’t seem safe to me.

Presents of bugs in the lobby and in my room hotel was severely understaffed will not stay here again
