After I drive 6 hours it was close due to hurricane Helene. It was a nighmare.

There was no electricity for the whole area when I came. It took me a while to find Budget Inn. When I finally got there, a man came out and told me that there was NO VACANCY, even though Expedia had confirmed the reservation. I did not have any other choice than leaving the place and REQUESTING A REFUND. I don’t understand why Expedia asked me for a review of a hotel I did not put my foot in.

The hotel was not even ooerating due to hurrican damage. I am a refielf worker. So i am here to help with hurricane clean up. No only did the hotel not let me kbow they were closed. But expedia also did not advice me og this
