"I like that the property is quite far from any city or town, however, that does come with it's own downside. The property is not all inclusive, and you can see that it has aged. "

"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "

"A haven in the middle of the old town buzz of Melaka. Tranquil and restful with a beautiful clean pool on the roof overlooking the river. Nicest touch was the oil burners lit in your room each night. Thank you"

"The hotel is at a walkable distance from Mahkota Parade. They also have shuttle bus services to some of the attractions every two hours. The Maritime museum and river cruise is also a 15min walk away. The room was ready before 3pm so we could check in before heading out for lunch. The room was clean and child friendly. The staff at the reception were always polite and helpful, especially Thivashri. The hotel had maps to explain how we could walk to the mall across avoiding the highway....

"Spacious, accomodating a family of five very comfortably. Nice pool. Location was ok but there is a very busy road to cross to get to the malls and dining precinct. This may make the location of the accommodation less than ideal for families who have young children in prams, etc. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. "

"Stay at premier junior suite for 3 nights, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. No hair conditioner and shaver is provided, shampoo and shower gel a bit small bottle, not enough for daily usage, has request and was refill more for next day. Breakfast was good and light snack at lounge access also an advantage. Went to sky lounge fir drinks, but seem like no enough staff, order drink but was not serve, at the end we left and back to room.Hotel
