"Without any reception or staff around it sometimes feels a bit like a ghost house. It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe. I missed being able to get something to drink or a snack especially with no 24h store nearby. The fridge added to the bit of scary feeling, it was only after 2 days I realised the scary human sounding moaning...

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). "This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"There were few details one needs to consider, the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep and very slippery, it’s also uncomfortable to get to the bed. Light switch is so far that you can not switch it off from the bed. The WiFi and TV did not work in my room. There was 0 communication before my stay. However, the staff at arrival was polite and communicative. The flat was really clean and it was great to have a stove and a fridge. If you have any mobility issues, it’s not suitable for you. "

"When you book a cheap hotel you expect that at least the basic boxes are ticked. Well, they ticked all the basic boxes you need. "Wonderful location just a few minutes walk from the old town and less than 10 minutes from the train station. The breakfast was more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Could have done with an extra pillow which I later found in the cupboard. I'm sure reception can provide one if you ask. The only thing I have a gripe with is the space. I stayed in a single room and there was just enough space in there and I was travelling light. I can imagine it could get very squashed with a suitcase. "

"This was my first time traveling to Tallinn, so I was a bit nervous. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. The design modern and well done and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in my travels. It was less than a 10 min walk to old town, but the hotel itself had pretty good dining options. I'll definitely be staying here on my next vist!"

Great place to stay

"Very modern and great value for money. Close to the Old Town and public transport. There’s also a vending machine which was easy to use with great options including hot food. The room itself was very modern, there was no TV in the room there’s really no need for one as there is a shared one in the common area on each floor. "
