The property is simple but nice, staff is friendly. But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for.
They claimed the information about which room we paid for wasn't available to them, but later they agreed it was a mistake. But never refunded the difference which would be £17. We only got the room we booked on the 2nd and last day of our stay.

Posted 1 Apr 2024 on HotelsFoi razoável o quarto ficava do lado do espaço que ficava os funcionários e a lavanderia, era maior falatório de manhã, no banheiro o box estava com o blindex com defeito fazia um barulho horrível e estava rachado na parede não tem tomada e nem secador no banheiro, no quarto não tinha tomada extra, a TV era muito pequena e os canais sempre saia do ar e alguns canais não pegava ou saia e voltava do ar, 10 horas da manhã ainda estavam limpando a piscina e o Wi-Fi não funcionava direito.

Fácil acesso aos melhores restaurantes e praias, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes❤️👏👏👏👏
