Infraestrutura incompatível com o tamanho do hotel

"Com a expansão o hotel não conseguiu manter o padrão. A comida ficou bastante ruim e a infraestrutura básica não atende a totalidade dos hospedes, faltam lugares na sombra em frente as piscinas e inclusive faltou guarda sol na praia . Eu voltei ao hotel devido a excelência, mas agora não voltarei ..."

"A recepção foi educada, e o café da manhã simples, a pousada deixou a desejar, mesmo sendo baixa temporada, não tinha funcionário na recepção durante o fds não houve serviço de limpeza de quarto, faltou energia e não ligaram o gerador, apesar de ter um.
