I stayed by myself and I was definitely scared to stay there. There were sketchy people hanging out in the side parking lot by the door that didn’t shut tight. Lower level smelt wet. Definitely get what u pay for.

The inside was very clean and the pool area is awesome. Lobby very nice, great bar food and very cheap. Coffee always on. Achcomodated my handcap mother with a room right by the entrance on the first floor poolside. Great service and lots of friendly faces and smiles from hotel staff and bar staff!!!

This was our third time here at AmerInn in Janesville. We love the price of this Hotel and that it includes a nice hot breakfast. Small details that were disappointing were paint splatters in different spots in our room and the door jam in the bathroom has white splatters that i thought were paint but weren't, because I wiped them off easily. The mirrors had fingerprints on them . Aside from some small details we are pleased with this hotel .

The room had a stale smell to it, the continental breakfast was not that good, and the pool had visible rust lines. Overall not the worst, and the quality does not match the price.

The hotel is what I expect to see when I walk into a property. Clean, well lit and friendly staff. This particular AmericInn had an attached bar with food which was great after traveling all day. The bartenders were fun and friendly, the food was good and the pricing was excellent!

The pool and hot tub were great! The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations!! The pancake maker was the coolest thing ever!! I need one for my house! Lol! Everything was overall clean but some of the things throughout the property/rooms seemed well loved.

When I arrived to my room it smelt like cigarettes and mildew. I requested a different room because I have an infant. The nice gentlemen at the front desk moved us to a king suite for the inconvenience. When we got to the second room and started unpacking I noticed food on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed which caused there to be ants crawling all over the desk and dresser, when I was checking the bed the mattress was extremely dirty and stained, the shower curtain was dirty, and the tub didn’t drain. I was immediately looking for hotels elsewhere.

I liked the convienient location, and initially the clean front lobby and pool area. Back hall Carpets are bad, and need replacing. As well as carpet in rooms. Otherwise room very clean. Staff made up for it by being super friendly. Of course, you get what you pay for. I was only there one night. Location off freeway was more important to me this trip.

Other than the lobby, every area of this property is filthy. Paint is chipping off every wall, the carpets are ripped up and worn through, and the pool was filthy and also chipped. My room smelled like smoke (as did all my belongings by the time we left), the bed looked unwashed (the sheets had dry bodily fluids on them), the bathroom had black mold in the shower, and there were ants in the bathroom and MY BED. It was disgusting, but my family had nowhere to go for the night.
