"Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and furniture need to be maintained. Thick dust on furniture and carpets not vacuumed. Breakfast hot and delicious. TV only has a couple of uninteresting channels....nothing to watch. All paid channels."

"Great new building in excellent condition - apartment was very clean and decorated tastefully with AC/fan in every room, Netflix-enabled Smart TVs, and very nice beds to sleep. Loknat was very helpful and understood and necessary English and also provided us with whatever we asked for."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything ..."
