Posted 4 May 2024 on HotelsWe booked just because of the Brand TAJ and its service and cleanliness but to our shock it was a renovated property and the condition of the bathroom was really bad.
Will make sure not to check in here again.

Very less varieties of food in breakfast buffet.
Food was not tasty .
Had a bad experience with food.

What a waste of the brand name

Centrally located but very bad staff
Posted 20 Dec 2017Very well located hotel in central Jammu, but much is required in terms of service of staff. Including non-acceptance of payment with a credit card. No change available even in cash!
