very limited parking;slow-drain tub for shower; staff tried hard to make up for things-like

Dirty and Noisy

I’ve never reviewed a hotel stay before, but this was unpleasant enough to get me to write a review. Problems: -Cats roaming the lobby. Not good if you’re allergic. -Overflowing bags of dirty sheets in the hallways -Sheets looked like they had been washed but still had stains -Thin walls/door - heard every time the front desk phone rang, it’s very loud when another room turns on the shower, can hear conversation and TV clearly from the adjacent room. -Non-smoking room smelled like smoke -Spider in the bedding when we arrived, plus some flies. -Room doesn’t get dark. There’s a window above the door that lets the hallway light shine in. -Room badly needs a new coat of paint and addressing the mystery drips from the ceiling. Also a good number of small unpatched holes in the walls. -Key didn't work (antiquated keying system) -Room was hot. On the bright side, the breakfast basket was nice.

Do not stay here in the Summer

Room was clean and super cute. Dee, the gal that checked us in was amazing! However, the air conditioning was not sufficient. No, they can’t control the heat but guests should be comfortable. Photos are from the night we checked in and then following morning. People were in the hallway sweating trying to cool off at 8:30 in the morning. Do not stay here in the Summer.
