We stayed in a few different rooms through out our stay this vacay. All were spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating, helpful, and accessible. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on staying in Tlaquepaque. Free breakfast is a perk as well as free drinks your first night. The pools are welcoming and refreshing. If you need the Hot tub let them know ahead of time to assure they turn on the heat.

The service and staff is the best I’ve experienced, and I travel around the world often. I can’t recommend enough. Me he hospedado en Gralta dos veces diferentes. Un mes después de la apertura en 2021, y está semana pasada. No lo puedo recomendar mas. Este hotel es EXCELENTE. El servicio al cliente y los trabajadores son los mejores. Yo viajo muy seguido a diferentes partes del mundo, y no puedo recomendar este hotel más. Soy de Jalos, pero seguiré hospedando aquí cada que venga a visitar Mi Pueblo. Gracias por todo. Pedro, fue de los mejores. Nos ayudó tanto a todos mis primos y a mi. Muchísimas gracias Pedro, en serio, el mejor servicio.
