I got food poisoning from eating buffet from their kitchen. I went down around 10:30pm, and food was not that fresh - I hesitate but end up eating food which gave food poisoning and typhoid fever later. I soent around INR 2000 for the food; worst food ever. Never going back and I would also recommend spent your 7k on someone else nice hotel for a night. They lack quality/ food quality - if you can’t keep food quality till 10:30 why to keep the buffet. I think all salads were old. Worst experience.

Clean rooms, nice restaurants and food was good. Gym is a small space, it can get a bit congested with no air circulation. Restaurant waiters were very nice but most were very slow at getting down your order or providing service.

They seem to always say no 1st when u ask for simple request. Example would be i m in the gym i ask for cold water bottle. They say no maybe since im from usa but then some elder guy who was in the gym told them to get it for me and said whats the big deal and then they accommodate. Almost as if yoy have to be mean to them for them to comply. I m from usa so i m considerate and polite but that seems to get alot of no answers. Gm of hotel seemed a little snobby but not bad. I stay at Marriott in chandigarh usually and guve them always excellent reviews. This hotel is average compared to that in terms of service and ambiance. Not sure why its rated 5 stars.
