Super staff!
Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsI had to cut my stay short, but the hotel staff were very engaged in coordinating with hotels.com so I wouldn't be charged for the days I didn't use.
This hotel's staff are super! Very friendly, very helpful.

Staff were super friendly. I had the chance talk a little bit with Dio, Jessica, and EL. They’re all awesome. If there’s only one thing I could complain it would be that my clothes were not fully dry after the laundry service but that’s ok. I wouldn’t take a star because of that. On my next trip I’m gonna be staying at the Veranda location. I did like it. The breakfast was awesome. You guys need to try the local stuff for breakfast, especially if you like spicy food.

Need better maintenance
Posted 3 Sep 2023 on HotelsCustomer service was no doubt top-notch, from bell-boy to receptionist, check-in and check-out was smooth and fast.
However, the room is a bit spooky, why is there a small painting placed right beneath a large painting (left side) above the bed frame?
The cleanliness of the room should be improved.
I noticed patches of sticky residue on table.
Stained towels should be replaced.
