The pillows need to be cleaned. Just replacing the covers with dirty pillows inside is not good. I think generally the standard has gone down.

Posted 9 Feb 2018Pleasant but phone could only dial front desk! There is a restaurant on 7th floor that is rented out for parties: THAT would be problem for floors 6 and 8! Staff very corteous, breakfast selection for 3 different cultures very nice. I would return.

Convenient for business meetings
Posted 14 Apr 2017The rooms were comfortable and basic. The cushion on the window seat/desk area was dirty/stained. The restaurant and meeting rooms are nice. The lobby and restaurant plays the same song on loop over and over and over. It can be maddening if you're there for several days. There is a small food court next door with a few restaurants and a convenience store. I prefer it over the other places in the area that I've stayed.

Short drive to airport
Posted 27 Aug 2016 on OrbitzClean room, little small but good for price. A little hard to find. Taxi driver had to pull over several times to ask for directions. Close to a food court.

I cannot understang why this hotel is charging parking fee even fir Gojek car. Just for short stop, parking fee must be exempted.
