My short stay at The Ritz-Calrton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch and I have nothing to complain about. The best part of the stay was the incredible customer service they provided from the moment i step in the hotel to the very moment i took my leave. Superb stay and worth every money spent.

Location, staff services from the 1st till the last day of stays are superb. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms providing the necessity like towels and toilet papers etc. Breakfast selection is as expected. After service hotel service is super good as the hotel make an effort to contact us via email on the items that we have left behind on purposed. 😂👍
