there is no swining pool like the picture , room was dirty and very long check in so i decide to change the hotel

For a property that is only 3 years old, the facilities are extremely run down. Rooms are not cleaned when serviced. Fridge does not keep even drinks cold. Unable to charge drinks or items to the room. Sent laundry out and two items came back ruined. Staff not happy to assist you or provide recommendations. Hotel is in an average area and lack of facilities means you constantly need to go elsewhere. Overall very disappointing.

Me and my sister stayed for 3 nights. On out first night, many things in the room need to be fixed. We told them in the next morning, and they were able to fix most of them, they still missed one thing. One of the hanger need to be replaced as it’s broken and has a sharp end. I told them about it, but it didn’t get changed until our last night. We also supposed to get box breakfast as we mentioned when we checked in because we have early flight, but it wasn’t prepared. We waited for 15 minutes and it’s still not ready yet. We had to leave so we don’t missed our flight. The only thing I like the most about this hotel is that the view from my room. We stayed in 17th floor and the view was great.
