We stayed two nights. Pros: Close to airport and mini mart. Hotel restaurant, while a bit expensive for Indonesia, has good food. Breakfast spread for 100K was worth it. We were on 9th floor. Rooms were quiet and clean. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Free shuttle to and from airport was great! Cons: On a very busy road. Surrounding area is not touristy at all, and was a bit rough. It is a long way away from downtown tourist area with restaurants. Showers had very little pressure. Overall, this is a geat option for an overnight stay inbetween destinations, and we would stay here again for that reason. If you plan on staying in Jakarta for more than one night and want to explore, look for something more central.

Mediocre in every respect

I had contacted the property 24 hours before arrival regarding their airport shuttle. No reply. This had been one of the deciding points for booking. Unfortunately I had to take a overpriced taxi. The receptionist barely spoke English and constantly mentioned that I have two bookings, not seeing the other booking was for two weeks later. Then he said something about only one room left or whatever. Room was a 'suite'. There was nowhere to even hang my sweat soaked shirt, I had to hang it over the TV. Closet was non existent, so were clothes hangers. Bathroom door was hidden in a wall of fake wood, to be opened by pushing it. The mystery bathroom, I guess. There were 4 rock hard pillows. Breakfast was not included. Once was enough. Cancelled the stay for my return.

Unreliable airport shuttle

I had contacted the hotel a day before arrival for pickup from the airport, since they advertise hotel shuttle. No reply, no shuttle. So I was exposed to the hundreds of taxi drivers offering to take me to the hotel for horrendous fares. In the hotel, the receptionist barely spoke English, and insisted that I had two bookings, not realizing the second one was for 16 days later. He just mumbled something about 'last room'. In the room, no closet, no hanger, nothing. Is it costom here to drape your sweat drenched shirt over the TV? It took a while to even find the bathroom. The door to it was part of a fake wood panelled wall, that could be pushed in. The two positives were the room service and the waterfall shower. My conclusion: I cancelled my second stay, and booked the luxury hotel inside the airport instead. The $ 34 additional cost more than makes up to save me from taxi drivers, nightmare traffic, horrible pollution, and most of all, an unreliable airport shuttle service, which was one of the main filters I had applied to find this hotel.

Very nice hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍 excellent Close to Airport - excellent shuttle service. Dining 👍👍👍 The area around the hotel is typical of the country - transportation is accessible if needed.

Rooms extremely small. Mildew in the bathroom. No essentials for travelers. The white bath tower are totally discolored. No hand towers, no wash cloth. If I knew these condition ahead of time, I would hot have stayed there but every other hotels nearby are sold out.
