- Location convenient for Sarinah Mall and the main north / south transport routes. - Laundry facilities were useful and appreciated. - Breakfast was reasonably good. - Staff friendly and helpful. - No safe in room, unfortunately. (clear on hotel's own website; not quite so clear on hotels.com website).

I was to have a non smoking room, my room smelled like cigarettes. You can hear people in the hallway when trying to sleep, as well as noise from outside

My go to hotel when in Jakarta. Great location, great service, great rooms, great breakfasts.

Overall is good. The only thing was about the food (free breakfast). My concern is all the foods were just in room temperature, actually they can make it better.

Nice small hotel with good breakfast. Free self-service laundry is a major plus!

Centrally located. Great value for money. Close to Sarinah dept store. Walkable to various food outlets. Decent breakfast offered by hotel. Staff was polite & helpful.

The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was more than we hoped for with options that included delicious fresh fruit, coffee, scrambled eggs, chicken, noodles, veggies and more. The fact that they offer free self-serve laundry facilities is a huge bonus for long term travelers. The "Boutique" hotel uses a shuttle service from the airport so be sure to ask about this. We messaged them several times prior to our stay however, communication is a bit delayed. Overall we loved our stay.
