Hotel was really unclean. Sheets and linen was not replaced from prior stay. No towels provided and had to ask from staff who took ages to provide.. half used soap left in bathroom and it was clear it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Also kept us waiting for more than 1hr for the rooms to be ready. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Avoid!!!

All in all, everything was great except the room. The food and staff in the front and the restaurants were exceptional. The room on the other hand had a water leak coming from the from the AC vent. We arrived after 27 hours of travel with three different flights and arrived around 2am on the 27th. I put our bags in the area meant for them and when we woke up in the morning early, our main luggage was completely soaked from the heavy drip over at least 4 hours. When we called they sent technicians very quickly who said they fixed it, yet again it started pouring out water. The technicians came again and did the same thing which did not fix it, again. On the morning of the 28th, we request towels at 800am since we had to contain the water with the towels we had, unfortunately we were unable to get towels until around 11am, at which point we did not need them. Again, the people were great, it was just very disappointing not to have the issues sorted out or at least have a different room offered. I will likely be seeking a refund for the rooms.

Perfect location if you're set to move around in Tangerang. Lot of eateries nearby like Pizza Hut, Subway, Dominos, etc. Shopping mart is just opposite to hotel for buying any necessities. Good location. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay here.

About 20mins easy drive to the airport. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Warungs/ food stalls on the streets outside.

Good value for money

Family trip, 2 rooms (507, 508) Dec 2023. Rooms spaceous, bigger than expected, clean. Bed and bath linnen clean, no stains. Barhroom nice, full ammenities (even a razor). Good water presure, and really hot water quickly. Good restaurant, extensive breakfas with many chices. Rooftop lounge with view over river and airport in the distance. Only issue: airconditioning in 1 room was not cooling enough.

When you open the door, there is a bad smell coming from the closet. The bathroom ceiling was leaking all the time. Looking at the attached picture, all the water is dripping from the top. Cleaners did not replenish toilet supplies. Everything else was fine. So my rating is average.
